Philadelphia Auto Show Ticket Give-away

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. REGISTERING TO RECEIVE AUTO SHOW UPDATE EMAILS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE TO WIN TICKETS. Complete all the requested information. All entries must contain a valid e-mail address. Send your entry by clicking on the ?Submit? button on the Enter Now page. All valid entries for each weekly entry period must be received no later than Sunday night, 11:59:00 PM (ET) on the week of the drawing to be eligible. Non-winning entries from one week will not carry over to other weeks. Limit one (1) entry per day per e-mail address / person / family / household.
2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner will be selected for each weekly entry period by random computer generated drawings. The winner will be notified by e-mail and must respond within 48 hours to claim the tickets. Failure to respond within the time requested will result in forfeiture of prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
3. Internet: Sponsor is not responsible for lost or late entries nor for electronic-transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by entrant on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.
4. Participation: For purposes of this give-away, an "entrant" shall consist of a person, family or household with a valid e-mail address. Should multiple entries be received from an entrant on one day, such entries will not be eligible. In case of dispute as to identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all claims, damages, liabilities and injuries arising out of an entrant's participation in this give-away and/or acceptance, use and/or misuse of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. Prize and Odds: Weekly prize consists of four (4), good any day adult tickets to the Philadelphia Auto Show. (Retail value $48) Odds are determined by the number of weekly entries received.
6. Privacy Policy: The Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia (ADAGP) and the Philadelphia Auto Show are dedicated to the protection of privacy on the Internet. ADAGP only gathers personal information from its visitors on a voluntary basis. Information includes name and email address only. We do not sell or rent or transmit personal information to other organizations. We do not use the personal information to create mailing lists. ADAGP has taken measures to keep all information from our online visitors as secure as possible against any unauthorized access or use. All information is protected by standard security measures which are periodically reviewed. Auto Show emails will always contain a way to opt out from future emails.
