2025 Buyer's Guide Ad Submissions

ONLY ADS FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE ACCEPTED:

1. FILE FORMAT: PDF
Native files will NOT be accepted (Quark, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)

2. AD SIZE: 6.375” W x 8.1562” H (add 0.125″ for bleed ads)
Vertical layout only; no horizontal ads will be accepted

3. COLOR MODE: CMYK

4. RESOLUTION: 200 DPI

5. FONTS: All fonts must be embedded
Publication is not responsible for font substitution that is a result of fonts missing from the submitted PDF

6. NO OPI: Uncheck OPI box when saving PDF

7. NO PRICING: Pricing is NOT permitted on ads

PLEASE NOTE: We will be publishing both a print AND digital Buyer’s Guide for 2025. The digital publication allows for hyperlinks within your advertising. When submitting your artwork below, please include any URL(s) you would like your ad linked to using the appropriate form field(s).

  • RIGHTS: The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia ("publisher") reserves the right to reject any advertising.

    CANCELLATION OR CHANGE IN AD COPY: All changes or cancellations for advertising must be made in writing and received by the publisher on or before December 2, 2024.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Advertisements are published by the publisher with the understanding that the advertiser and/or agency is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. Included in this consideration of acceptance of advertisements for publication, the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from any loss or expense. Expenses or loss include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, judgments and amounts paid in compromise, resulting from suits or claims based on advertisements. This includes, without limitation, suits for libel for unauthorized name use, image/photograph or portrait use, plagiarism, violation of right of privacy, trademark and copyright infringements. In the event of nonpayment, publisher reserves the right to hold liable the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly for monies due to the publisher.
