The Philadelphia Auto Show offers limited space for automotive-related product and service vendors to exhibit during public show days.

Show Hours
Saturday 1/31: 10am – 9pm
Sunday 2/1: 10am – 8pm
Monday 2/2 – Thursday 2/5: 12noon – 8pm
Friday 2/6: 12noon – 9pm
Saturday 2/7: 10am – 9pm
Sunday 2/8: 10am – 6pm
Booths must be staffed during all public show hours.

10′ x 10′ Booths: $3,000
10′ x 20′ Booths: $4,500
20′ x 20′ Booths: $6,000
20′ x 30′ Booths: $8,000
20′ x 40′ Booths: $10,000
20′ x 50′ Booths: $12,000

Each booth space includes:
– 8′ back drape and 3′ side rail (for inline booths)
– Booth and aisle carpet
– Daily vacuuming and trash removal
– Complimentary Auto Show tickets
