Q: WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START/END?
A: The event runs from 7pm to 11:30pm.
Q: WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE?
A: The main entrance to the event is at the Broad Street entrance between Arch and Race Streets. There is another entrance at 12th & Arch Street (west side). Coat check is located just inside each entrance. Guests staying at the Marriott may enter through the Grand Hall.
Q: IS THE ENTIRE AUTO SHOW OPEN THAT NIGHT?
A: Yes! The entire auto show is open for the Black Tie Tailgate, including the Custom Alley display.

Q: HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?
A: An individual ticket (Friend ticket) is $325. Ticket packages are also available for $775 (Patron), $1,500 (Benefactor), $3,000 (Clutch Club Sponsor), and $5,000 (CARing Sponsor).
Q: HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
A: There is no increase in ticket price, but only Friend tickets ($325) may be purchased at the door. Tickets may be purchased at every entrance with a major credit card from your smart phone.
Q: ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE EVENT?
A: Children are not encouraged to attend, although children under age two will be admitted free of charge. Children over the age of two need a ticket for admission. There is no discounted ticket price for children.

Q: WHERE CAN I PARK?
A: Discounted self-parking is available the night of Black Tie Tailgate. Check back for participating facilities.
Q: IS VALET PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Valet parking is available to all guests for $40. The valet parking entrance is on Broad Street between Arch and Race Streets. Sorry, no overnight parking.

Q: WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
A: Dress to be photographed in black tie attire. Comfortable shoes and a light jacket or wrap are recommended.
Q: ARE TUXEDOS REQUIRED FOR MEN?
A: Tuxedos are not required; a suit or sport coat and tie are acceptable attire.

Q: IS THE EVENT A SIT-DOWN DINNER?
A: No, it is a moving cocktail party on the floor of the Auto Show throughout the Pennsylvania Convention Center. There are unreserved tables and chairs set up throughout the event.
Q: WHAT KIND OF FOOD IS SERVED?
A: A variety of food stations will be located throughout the main floor of the event, including vegan and gluten-free options. Desserts will be served in the Grand Ballroom starting at 9 p.m.
Q: IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?
A: Yes, the cost of alcohol is included in the ticket price. Open bars are located throughout the event.

Q: WHO IS THE ENTERTAINMENT?
A: Dance to the sounds of Jellyroll on the main stage. There will be other entertainment throughout the event.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC?
A: Jellyroll is dance band that will play in the Ballroom above the Grand Hall.

Q: WHO IS THE EVENT BENEFICIARY?
A: All proceeds from the 2024 event will benefit the Department of Nursing & Clinical Care Services at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
