Release

Indemnification: Sub-licensee assumes all responsibility regarding participating in the Philadelphia Auto Show and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia from any and all loss, cost, claim, liability, damage and/or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of sub-licensee’s participation in the Philadelphia Auto Show.

Liability: The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia, promoters of the Philadelphia Auto Show, SMG, the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, the City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assume no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, displays and/or related items during move-in, show days, or move out. The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia will provide security throughout the show, but this does not ensure against any theft or damage. Sub-licensee assumes all responsibility regarding participating in the Philadelphia Auto Show.

Rules & Regulations: Sub-licensee agrees to follow all rules & regulations, as outlined in the Custom Alley Exhibitor Manual.
