Liability: The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia, promoters of the Philadelphia Auto Show, SMG, Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, City of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assume no responsibility or liability for any theft or damage of vehicles, and/or displays and related items during move-in, show days, or move out. The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia will provide security throughout the show, but this does not ensure against any theft or damage. Vehicle owner assumes all responsibility regarding entering the vehicle into the Philadelphia Auto Show.

Photography/Video Release: The Auto Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia reserves the right to photograph, videotape, ﬁlm or reproduce in any medium, any vehicle for any future use, at no compensation to vehicle owner. Upon entering the Philadelphia Auto Show, the vehicle owner surrenders all claims.

Safety: All ﬁre regulations must be followed. All vehicles must contain less than one-quarter of a tank of fuel. All gas caps must be taped closed. All batteries must be disconnected and terminal posts taped. No vehicle owner may start their vehicle during show hours. Vehicle Owner will be held fully responsible and liable for any damages that may occur from movement of said vehicle.
