Display Space Options
X-LARGE SPACE: $4,000 (up to ~16 vehicles + tent)
Includes:
– 18 Auto Show exhibitor passes
– 100 general admission Auto Show tickets
– 1 complimentary Black Tie Tailgate ticket + up to 5 additional tickets at cost ($200 each)
LARGE SPACE: $3,200 (up to ~12 vehicles + tent)
Includes:
– 15 Auto Show exhibitor passes
– 75 general admission Auto Show tickets
– 1 complimentary Black Tie Tailgate ticket + up to 5 additional tickets at cost ($200 each)
MEDIUM SPACE: $2,500 (up to ~8 vehicles + tent)
Includes:
– 12 Auto Show exhibitor passes
– 50 general admission Auto Show tickets
– 1 complimentary Black Tie Tailgate ticket + up to 3 additional tickets at cost ($200 each)
SMALL SPACE: $1,700 (up to ~4 vehicles + tent)
Includes:
– 10 Auto Show exhibitor passes
– 25 general admission Auto Show tickets
– 1 complimentary Black Tie Tailgate ticket + up to 3 additional tickets at cost ($200 each)
NOTE: $1,500 premium applies to the space fee if direct sales are a substantial part of your participation

Booth Carpet
While all aisles are carpeted, spaces are concrete. Enhance your display by purchasing standard carpet for your space!

Small: $700 / Medium: $1,400 / Large: $2,000 / XL: $2,700
(Standard carpet colors available: gray, red, hunter green, blue, black)
Flat-Rate Electric
Skip the hassle and unknowns of ordering through the PCC – add electric service to your space reservation and we handle all the details!
PRICING:
1 drop: $500 / 2 drops: $750
(500w service, includes 20’ extension cord for each drop)
